Today's blog, I must write by using these words - ①by hand, ②give me a hand, ③a handful, ④a big hand and ⑤handy. Please check my sentences whether they are good.
①by hand - My grandmother can make clothes by hand.
②give me a hand - Please give me a hand with my post in Einglish.
③a handful - A cockroach is a handful.
④a big hand - She gets a big hand when she laugh.
⑤handy - Contact lenses are handy.

I think you used them all correctly. The 3rd one sounds a little funny because you are talking about a single cockroach.
It sounds better if you said:
Cockroaches are a handful.
For number 4, do you mean big hand like an applause? Like: After the performance, the audience gave them a big hand.

Is ④ bad?? ④'s mean is that she claps her hands when she laugh. Its sound is very noisy. So I wrote-"She gets a big hand when she laugh."
